Michael F. Frosch

Mike is the Founder and President of Personal Safeguards Group, LLC (PSG). PSG is a specialty insurance and warranty advisory and brokerage firm serving manufacturers, marketers, retailers, and solution providers in the automotive, appliance & technology, home, affinity, and financial services industries.

In addition, PSG advises private equity firms, strategic buyers and sellers, insurance carriers and service contract providers, administrators, and marketers.

Prior to founding PSG, Mike served as President of The Warranty Group and Chairman and President of Virginia Surety Company (US-based insurance carrier). During his 10 years at The Warranty Group, Mike’s responsibilities included all global business units and all lines of business. Mike served as Director and CEO in multiple subsidiaries representing the appliance, electronic, home warranty, automotive, financial services, and specialty insurance businesses of The Warranty Group.

Prior to The Warranty Group, Mike served as Executive Vice President and Operations Officer of Niteo Partners, an NEC Company, specializing in professional services consulting and systems integration.

Mike also spent 8 years as Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations for the east coast electronics retailer The Wiz ($1.3b USD) and 5 years as National Account Manager at Independent Dealer Services, one of the first extended appliance & electronics warranty administrators.
